This policy applies to all services provided directly by Lynx IT, including:
Managed IT Services
Managed Cybersecurity Services
VoIP Solutions (Lynx Voice)
Unlimited Help Desk Support
Server and Network Support
Phone System Management
Third-party products or services procured through Lynx IT are subject to the respective vendor’s return and refund policies.
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refunds: Clients are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
No work has commenced on the service or project.
No deliverables have been provided.
The request for a refund is made within 30 days of the initial payment.:
Partial Refunds: If a project is in progress but not completed, clients may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be proportionate to the uncompleted work at the time of the refund request.
No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
The project or service has been completed and delivered as per the agreed terms.
Dissatisfaction arising from a service delivered as per the original proposal, unless Lynx IT has failed to meet the agreed-upon expectations.
Delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary materials or approvals.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must contact our customer support team within 30 days of the initial payment. The request should include:
A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
Any relevant documentation supporting the claim.

Upon receiving the request, our team will review it and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
4. Service Cancellations
For ongoing services (e.g., monthly support plans), clients wishing to cancel must provide at least 14 days’ notice. Depending on the terms of the service agreement, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the service.
5. Policy Updates
Lynx IT reserves the right to modify this refund and return policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
